2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pkg. dry Ranch dip mix
16 oz. sour cream
diced red or green pepper
chopped broccoli
chopped cauliflower
1 pkg. shredded Colby-Jack cheese
sliced black olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together Ranch dip mix and sour cream and refrigerate. Unroll and press together crescent rolls onto a large cookie sheet to make the crust. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely. Top crust with dip mixture, fresh vegetables, cheese and olives. Cut into squares.
