6 tomatoes
1 Texas onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
5 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp salt
1tbsp pepper
2 limes (whole)
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 bunch of cilantro
3-5 hot peppers (you can buy a mixed pack at the grocery store)

Directions:
Directions:
First thing is to fine chop all of the hot peppers, garlic and cilantro (try to take the leaves off the stems of the cilantro)
Then chop all of the red and green peppers, and the onion (a little bigger than the garlic/cilantro)
Next chop the tomatoes somewhat chunky
Then squeeze the limes add the oil, salt and pepper.
Mix it all together in a large bowl and enjoy with some tortilla chips!
