1 pkg. French Toast Sticks ( I use Schwan's Apple Cinnamon Sticks)
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
6 oz. ham, diced
1- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1- 8 oz.can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut French toast sticks into 1-inch cubes and place into a large bowl. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in ham and add mixture to French toast sticks. Blend cream cheese and pineapple in a separate bowl. Place half of French toast sticks to greased 9x13 pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on top and add remaining sticks. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 40-45 minutes at 400 or until cream cheese is bubbly and liquid is absorbed. Remove from oven and pour maple syrup on top, then serve.
