1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans 1 clove garlic 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup olive oil
Puree garbanzo beans and garlic in a food processor, blender or food mill. Mix in olive oil and lemon juice. Add a little water if needed to make a soft consistency. Chill one hour before serving. Serve with Pita Bread or crackers.
