2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 c. sour cream
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13 pan with margarine. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 c. margarine. Pour into pan. Pour remaining margarine on top. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350.
