2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion, chopped
2 T. flour
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
10 T. melted margarine
1 c. milk
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and onion according to pkg. directions. Mix salt, pepper and 2 T. margarine in saucepan. Stir in milk. Cook until it boils, stirring constantly. Cut up cream cheese and stir in with above mixture until melted. Mix with broccoli and onion and pour in a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded American cheese on top. Crush crackers and mix with remaining 8 T. melted margarine. Sprinkle on top and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
