1 loaf of thin sliced bread
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick of butter, melted
1/2 c.brown sugar
2 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crust from bread. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar. Spread on bread slices. Roll the bread. Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon and roll the bread rolls in mixture. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
