29 oz. can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. ground ginger or ground nutmeg
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 box yellow cake mix
Brown sugar and cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients in a blender and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Melt butter and mix with cake mix. Pat the cake mix batter into little pancakes and place on top of the blended mixture. Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Serve warm with whipping cream.
