4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, boiled and shredded, canned chicken breast can also be used
12 oz. bottle hot sauce
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
16 oz. bottle ranch dressing
1/2 c. chopped celery
8 oz. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, grated

In a 13x9x2 inch baking pan, combine the shredded chicken with the entire bottle of hot sauce, spreading to make an even layer. In a saucepan, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing over medium heat until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with chopped celery and shredded cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Do not let the top get browned. Let stand 10 minutes.
