10 lasagna noodles, cooked

Filling: 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and water squeezed out.
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 egg, lightly beaten
8 oz. mozarella cheese, shredded

1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Turn a cookie sheet upside down. Arrange noodles overlapping. Combine all "Filling" ingredients EXCEPT mozarella cheese. Mix well. Spread mixture on noodles. Sprinkle with parm. cheese, and mozarella cheese and roll, jelly roll fashion using 2 spatulas to help with rolling. It is tricky. Place roll seam down in 12X8 baking dish.
In small bowl combine all "Sauce" ingredients except Parm. cheese. Pour over the rolled noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 mins or until hot. Let stand 5 mins. before slicing. You also can use a 24 OZ. jar of spaghetti sauce. :)
