2-2 ½ lbs Ground Turkey
2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 large can Green Chilies
1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken soup
¼ c 2% or Fat Free Milk
¼ c 2% Velveeta Cheese
10+ 98% Fat Free Flour Tortillas
¼ c 2% or Fat Free Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Old Elpaso Green chilies’ Enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Ground Turkey in large skillet. Add taco seasoning
Mix Chicken soup, milk and green chilies together in a bowl
Add to Ground Turkey
Cut Velveeta into small squares and mix in Ground Turkey mixture
Spay baking pan with Pam
Roll Ground Turkey mixture in Tortilla’s
Top with Enchilada sauce
Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Bake for 20-30 minutes until heated through and cheese has melted.
