9-inch graham cracker crumb crust
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill two hours or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

Tip: Any of your favorite fruit pie fillings or toppings can be substituted for cherry pie filling.

I found this recipe on a graham cracker crust label at least 25 years ago and it has become a family favorite. It's always a part of our Christmas menu. I've also taken it to many "pitch-ins" and it's always a hit.
