8 medium Russet Potatoes
1/4 cup Kraft mayonnaise
1/2 - 3/4 cup of milk (whole or 2%)
1/2 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 3 quarts of water to boil. While water is heating, peel and cube potatoes. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes and return to pot. Add butter, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; mash potatoes. When potatoes are mashed completely, mix with electric mixer while adding milk until desired consistency is reached and potatoes are smooth. Feel free to adjust ingredients to your own personal taste.
