1 STICK OF BUTTER
2 MEDIUM ONIONS
A STALK OF CELERY
2 CANS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
2 CANS OF ARTICHOKE HEARTS (NO OIL)
2 PINTS OF OYSTERS (SMALL ONES)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions & celery in butter, add soup, cook hour, add quartered artichokes, add 1 can of artichoke juice, cook for hour, add oysters and juice, cook for 15 minutes
