Ingredients:  
1 large can pink sockeye salmon (can use 2 large cans albacore white tuna in water)
1 cup bread crumbs
1 TB mayonnaise
2 TB grated yellow cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup cream
1 TB lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together. Place generous spoonfuls of the mixture in a frying pan with hot oil. Fry until light brown.
Turn with pancake turner.
Serve with a slice of fresh lemon.

These patties are wonderful with homemade apple sauce or a fruit salad. Hash browns are also good with this dish.
