1 large round steak (about 1-2 lbs.)
2 pkg dry onion soup mix
2 small cans Hunt's Tomato sauce
2 small cans mushrooms, drained
4 TB butter

2 large pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil.

Directions:
Directions:
Place one piece of foil on table. Pour on one pkg each of the onion soup mix, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and butter.
Place the round steak on top and repeat the above mixture on top of the steak.
Place the other piece of foil on top and fold the 4 edges and seal tightly.
Place in a large rectangular pan.
Bake 350 for about 2 hours.

This is another family favorite. It is easy to prepare and is wonderful with mashed potatoes.
