1 lb ground beef
3/4 of a 1 pound box of elbow macaroni
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1/3 - 1/2 c. sugar
Water
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, brown ground beef; drain. Return beef to pot and add sugar on medium heat - stir until beef is carmelized. Add both cans of tomatoes, salt and pepper. Add enough water to about 2 inches from top of pan.
Bring to a boil then add macaroni. Simmer over medium heat - stirring frequently - until macaroni is tender.
