2 cups cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp salt
2 cups cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. Pour over vegetables. Let set 15 minutes. Drain liquid well. Discard liquid. Combine sour cream with vegetables. Chill and serve with corn chips.
