1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 stick butter
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
shredded cheese (for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, butter, jiffy mix and cans of corn. Mix well. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture in dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 until firm.
