3 lbs. Napa cabbage, thinly sliced or broccoli slaw (comes in individual bags)- 2-3 bags 3/4 c. scallions 1 red pepper cut into small pieces 1/2 c sliced almonds 1/4 c sesame seeds 1 package of Oodles & Noodles (only noodles crushed) dressing: 1/3 c sugar 1/2 c soy 1/3 c sesame oil and vegetable oil combined 1/3 c rice vinegar
Brown sesame seeds and almonds with 1 T oil. Mix all other ingredients together. * Add browned sesame seeds and almonds to salad at the end.
