2 tablespoons olive oil
3 teaspoons pressed garlic - approx 6 medium cloves
(or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
2 cups Jasmine rice
3 1/4 cups hot water
2 teaspoons table salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a medium saucepan, over medium heat for 2 minutes then coat bottom with 2 tablespoons olive oil

Add garlic to saucepan and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add rice to garlic oil and sauté for 2 minutes.

Stir in water and salt.

Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a boil stirring occasionally

Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 20 minutes without stirring

Fluff with fork and serve
