2 c. fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
1 T. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk

2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 T. flour

Preheat oven to 400.

Grease an 8 inch pie pan or small rectangular baking dish.

Boil a large pot of water and drop peaches in for one minute or less. Remove with slotted spoon and cool until they can be touched. Peel should easily slide off warm peach. Remove pit and slice into baking dish.

To Make Batter: Combine dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Pour over fruit. (It will not completely cover the peaches.)

To Make Topping: Mix all ingredients in food processor and pulse to make uniform crumbs. Sprinkle evenly across the batter. Bake for 30 minutes.
