1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
1 T. fresh lime juice
1 T. canola oil
4 cloves garlic
1/4 c. green onions
2 T. fresh ginger, grated
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 lb. jumbo tiger shrimp, shelled and deveined

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except shrimp in a blender or food processor, and mix well. Pour in ziploc bag. Add fresh, uncooked shrimp and marinate for several hours. Thread on skewers and grill on high heat for 5 minutes, until pink. Turn once. Don't overcook or shrimp will be tough. Serve with pasta and drizzle with olive oil, grated Parmesan.
