1 lb. ziti pasta
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 jar marinara sauce
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 c. Romano cheese, grated

olive oil
nutmeg
parsley
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.

Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with olive oil. Cook pasta in large pot till al dente. Drain well. Combine the ricotta, egg, 3/4 cup Romano, nutmeg, and parsley in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add pasta to the ricotta mixture and toss well. Add the marinara sauce and mozzarella cubes and toss again. Transfer the mixture to baking dish and smooth over. Sprinkle remaining Romano cheese across the top and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Bake uncovered at 425 until bubbling and lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Let rest 3 - 4 minutes before serving. May also serve in individual souffle dishes as a side dish. Watch carefully and decrease baking time.
