romaine lettuce - 3 in a bag olive oil balsamic vinegar salt and pepper balsamic glaze Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Tear individual lettuce leaves apart. Rinse and dry. Mix equal amounts of olive oil and vinegar in a small jar and shake. Brush each lettuce leaf with mixture, then sprinkle with course salt and pepper. Broil on low for less than 2 minutes. Remove and drizzle with balsamic glaze and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
