1 c. fresh or frozen fruit (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
1 scoop protein powder
8 oz. unsweetened cranberry water
1 T. flaxseed oil (no substitutions)

Directions:
Directions:
To Make Cranberry Water: MIx 2 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice in 6 oz. of water.

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes while blending, if desired. Flaxseed oil is in the refrigerated section of health food store.
