1 pkg. Pillsbury Butter Recipe cake mix
1 12oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Heath bars, cut in pieces
1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. butter
32 caramels, unwrapped
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs; blend well. Stir in chocolate chips and Heath pieces. Mixture will be thick. Press half the mixture into pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
In medium saucepan, combine butter, caramels and condensed milk. Cook over medium-low heat until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over partially baked crust. Top with remaining cake mixture. Bake an additional 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool and cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
