Whole Chicken
1 Onion chopped
3 Celery Stalks chopped
1 cup Carrots chopped
3 Bouillon cubes or (substitute water with 6 cups of Chicken Stock)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken thoroughly in cold water. Remove skin. Place chicken in large pot add cold water to pot until chicken is submerged. Heat pot to almost boiling. Add onion, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper, celery, and carrots. Simmer until chicken falls off bone easily. Remove bones. Serve alone or with rice or egg noodles.
