4 eggs
6 oz. sugar
1 t. salt
2 c. milk, lukewarm
4 oz. margarine
8 c. flour, divided
2 T. yeast
FILLING: 4 oz. margarine
2 c. brown sugar
3 T. ground cinnamon
1 c. pecans, chopped
ICING:
4 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. margarine
1 c. milk
1 T. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and salt for dough. Combine milk and margarine; add to egg mixture. Slowly add 4 cups flour; beat well. Add yeast; mix well. Add remaining flour; mix on medium speed 7 minutes. Place dough in oiled bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Let dough rise to double, 1 hour. Roll dough into 1 1/2 by 2-foot rectangle. Filling: Spread margarine over dough and sprinkle entire surface with brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped pecans. Roll dough into cylinder shape starting with bottom edge; cut into 12 slices. Place slices on oiled pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool and ice. Icing: Stir ingredients until well combined.
