1 can (40oz) Yams (drained) & cut up
1 Tbl Brown Sugar
3 Tbl Maple Syrup
4 Pats of Butter
3 Tbl Orange Juice
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Put Yams in a small casserole dish. Pour and sprinkle all other ingredients on top of yams.

Bake for 35-40 minutes uncovered.

Serve warm.
