1 1/2 lb. italian sausage (hot or mild)
1 lb. bacon, cooked and chopped
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 T. worcestershire sauce (more or less to taste)
3 tomatoes, diced
2-3 T. mayo
1/2 t. garlic salt
Hamburger buns, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet. Drain and cool. When cooled, add bacon, worcestershire, diced tomato, and cheeses. Mix well and add a couple tablespoons of mayo just to bind filling, but still loose. Pile on top of hamburger bun halves. Bake at 350 until melted.
You can adjust this recipe to your liking. You can also add peppers and onions if you want.

This is my mother-in-law's recipe and one of Kevin's favorites growing up. They had pizza burger night on Fridays! This makes a lot, so you can freeze this filling as well.
