Crust:
1 package graham crackers
3/4 stick melted butter

Filling:
4 (8oz.) cream cheese bricks
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
16oz. sour cream
4 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
4 Tbsp flour

Directions:

"Do Not Preheat Oven"

Crust: Combine crushed Graham with butter & press onto bottom of 9" spring pan.

Filling: Prepare the filling by beating cream cheese. Mix in sugar and milk while beating until well blended. Gradually add sour cream, and one egg at a time while continuing to blend. Add vanilla, and flour (1 Tbsp at a time). Continue to blend until all ingredients have been well blended.

"Do Not Preheat Oven"
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Turn oven off. Leave in oven for 15 minutes, then open door of oven for another 15 minutes. Cool then refrigerate.
