1/2 Stick butter
8 Oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 Pkgs. (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
8 Oz. whipped topping
1 Pkg. (20 Oz.) Oreo cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies in food processor. Cream butter, cream cheese & sugar in a large bowl. Blend milk, pudding & Cool Whip. Add to butter mixture. Put a layer of crushed cookies and then pudding mixture until you have used all cookies and pudding mixture. End with a layer of crushed cookies. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy.
