1 package frozen Spinach
1/2 cup water
2 Tbl Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic (diced)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In medium cooking pot cook Spinach in 1/2 cup water - drain - set aside.

In a separate pan brown garlic in 2 Tbl olive oil. Add Spinach - let sit for a while. Add salt & pepper -serve.
