2 small zucchini peeled and cut into 1 inch wedges

Directions:
Shape bulk sausage into balls and fry completely in a large frying pan. Drain excess grease when they are done and add onions frying until tender (DO NOT BURN!). Add garlic and quickly sautee them then add mushroom soup and zucchini. Stir to mix thoroughly then cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Make noodles while Pork Balls are simmering.
Serve over noodles.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I make about 3 lbs. of pork sausage ( My family eats about 1/2 lb. of the pork balls while I'm cooking them.) and add 1 more can of mushroom soup because we like leftovers.
