Pan drippings from your roasted turkey
Milk
1/2 C. Flour
Salt and ground White Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Skim fat off of turkey drippings in pan and reserve in a bowl. Pour turkey drippings into a 4-C. measuring cup. Place 1/4 C. fat (grease) from drippings into saucepan.
With a spoon, remove any remaining fat from drippings in measuring cup and discard.
Add milk to drippings to equal 4 C., set aside.
Blend flour into fat in saucepan while stirring and cooking on medium-low heat.
Gradually stir in turkey drippings-milk mixture until smooth.
Bring to a low boil, stir and simmer for 5 minutes until gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
