1 1/2 cup chocolate wafer cookie crumbs-low fat
1 cup & 2 T. powdered sugar
1/3 cup honey
6 T. low fat peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix cookie crumbs and powdered sugar. In a medium bowl, mix honey and peanut butter. Stir into crumb mixture & mix well. Shape into 1" balls, mixture will hold together as you work it. Place in airtight container and let it stand for 8 hours. Roll balls in remaining 2 T. powdered sugar.
