1 cup onion, chopped
3/4 red bell pepper, chopped
4 minced garlic cloves
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (14.5 oz.) can no-salt added diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed & drained

Topping:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 lrg. egg, slightly beaten

Hear a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat the pan with cooking spray. Add turkey, onion, bell pepper & garlic. Cook for approx. 5 min. until turkey loses its pink color. Add seasonings, tomatoes, and beans. Cook 3 minutes. Place meat mixture into an 7X11 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Topping:
Combine dry ingredients. Combine buttermilk & egg and add to the dry ingredients, stirring just until moist. Spread the cornmeal mixture evenly over the meat mixture.
Bake at 425 for 18 min. until the topping is golden.
