2 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced into segments
1 c. pea pods
1 c. radish sprouts or tiny bean sprouts
1 pint strawberries, sliced
c. macadamia nuts, chopped
c. blue cheese, crumbled
4 6 c. romaine, washed and chopped
poppy seed dressing

Directions:
Directions:
On salad plates, divide lettuce and arrange avocado slices on top. Divide sprouts over avocado and artfully arrange berry slices on top in a fan shape. Sprinkle with nuts and cheese crumbles. Serve with poppy seed dressing, purchased or homemade.
