1 medium head of cauliflower 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. salt 1-2 tbsp. mustard 3/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese Paprika
Remove woody base of cauliflower, but leave cauliflower whole. Cook cauliflower in salted water until tender. In a glass measuring cup, mix mayonnaise, shredded cheese, salt & mustard. Heat in microwave 1 minute until smooth. Pour/spread over cauliflower and sprinkle with paprika.
