Bottom layer:
20 soda crackers (rolled fine)
1/2 cup nuts (not too finely chopped)
3 egg whites-beaten stiff
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Middle layer:
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Top layer:
1 pkg. danish dessert
1 pkg. frozen strawberries

Bottom layer:
Mix soda crackers with nuts. Mix beaten egg whites with vanilla, vinegar & sugar. Add nuts & crackers and fold in. Press in bottom of greased 9X13 pan and bake 20 min. @ 350 .
Let Cool
Middle Layer:
When cool, whip cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Blend together and spread on top of baked crust.
Top layer:
Cook danish dessert as directed. Add frozen fruit (strawberry or raspberry). Cool and spoon over cream cheese mix.
Top with whipped topping.

I use only 1/4 cup sugar in the cracker crust because I don't like it sweet.
