4 pork chops (about 1 lb)
1/4 cup honey
2 T. Dijon Mustard
1 T. orange juice
1 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1 tsp. balsamic or cider vinegar
dash of onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except pork chops to make the honey mustard glaze. If pan broilin, heat skillet to medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Place pork chops in skillet and brush with glaze. Turn pork chops and occasionally brush with glaze, several times until just slightly pink in the center. Discard any remaining glaze.
If grilling: Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Place pork on grill. Cover and grill 14 to 16 minutes, brushing occasionally with glaze and turning once.

Slice an onion and brush with glaze and cook with the pork.(This is my favorite part). This dish goes well with ranch mashed potatoes.
