1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup milk
2 cups icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a medium sauce pan and stir in sugar. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir over low heat two minutes. Stir in milk and heat to boiling. REmove from heat and cook to lukewarm. Beat in icing sugar until smooth.
