1 c. milk - heat and let warm
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 egg yolks
4 c. flour
1/2 lg. cake yeast
4 egg whites (beat until stiff)
1 c. sugar
1 lb. ground nuts
1/4 t. vanilla
1/8 t. almond

Take 1/4 cup warm milk to yeast and sugar. Knead 30 minutes. Add only a group of flour if needed (1 tablespoon). Divide into 4 rolls and chill overnight. Roll each section out and spread with nuts and roll each one up. Let rise 3 hrs. in oven. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes in ungreased pan. Makes 4 rolls.
