3/4 cup sugar
2 heaping Tbsp self-rising flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, and nutmeg. Add one whole egg plus two yolks. Stir well. Add milk, stir and pour into pie crust. Bake 10 minutes at 400, then reduce to 350 and bake until pie does not shake in center.
