1 C. Minute Rice
10 3/4 oz. Cream of Chicken Soup
10 3/4 oz. Milk
1 C. Cheese Whiz
10 oz. Frozen Broccoli Cuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup Minute rice, with 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 soup can of milk. Add Cheese Whiz and frozen broccoli.
Bake at 350 until rice is thickened, about 45 minutes.
I cover it initially and then remove the cover about 20-30 minutes into it, otherwise it gets too "soupy."
