1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

green bell peppers
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar


Combine the first 8 ingredients and mix well. Remove the seeds from the peppers saving the tops. Place the mixture inside each pepper and replace the top. Mix the water and sugar in a baking dish. Place the peppers in dish, cover, and bake in a 350 oven for approximately 1 hour.
