Ingredients:  
3 lbs. stew beef, cubed
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom pieces (optional)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together mixture. Pour over beef. Bake 3 hours at 325 or cook all day in crock pot on low (6-8 hours). Serve with rice or potatoes.
