4-5 lbs. prime rib
1 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. coarse ground pepper
several cloves of garlic, peeled and slivered

Directions:
Directions:
Insert slivers of garlic into meat, evenly. Mix remaining ingredients together. Spread mixture evenly over prime rib. Tent with aluminum foil. Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 for 3 hours or add meat thermometer and bake accordingly. Cool 20 minutes before slicing.
