4-5 lbs. prime rib 1 c. Dijon mustard 1/4 c. soy sauce 2 T. coarse ground pepper several cloves of garlic, peeled and slivered
Insert slivers of garlic into meat, evenly. Mix remaining ingredients together. Spread mixture evenly over prime rib. Tent with aluminum foil. Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight. Bake at 350º for 3 hours or add meat thermometer and bake accordingly. Cool 20 minutes before slicing.
