1/2 lb ham - chopped
1 8" frozen deep dish piecrust
2 cups (8 oz) grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 large eggs
1-1/2 half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
Place in a bowl, all ingredients except pie crust.
Once all ingredients are mixed, add mix to pie shell.
Place pan onto a cookie sheet to catch any spills.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until the center is firm.
Remove from oven and let cook for 15 minutes before cutting into wedges.

You can add anything for meat or vegetables. Broccoli and cheese is nice; onion,peppers and tomatoes added is good. Anything in the fridge will do; this is just a guide.
